    I started T-Tapping Oct 1, and one goal was to be a size 14 by Thanksgiving-- I was size 16. So, I've reached that goal! and along the way I became BMI "overweight" and not "obese." My main goal/desire has been to be consistent in exercising, and that's been accomplished so far, and I'm just keeping that as my main goal.

    By the way, did you know trainer Michelle Barbuto's BMI said she was obese--in her famous "hot bikini mama" picture?!

    But I'm glad you're reaching your size goals! Don't let the BMI numbers dictate too much!
