      Monday. Recumbent bike, 45 minutes.

      Tuesday. Spinal rolls

      Wednesday. Slow Fascia Stretch Workout #1, Happy Hoe Downs x2.

      Thursday. Spinal rolls

      Friday. Skiing

      Saturday. TLB floor.

        Week 1: concentrating on relaxation. Maybe 2 "real" workouts, but I prefer just talking about moving according to my personal needs.

        Mon Somatic forward bend, Renee's combo class: spine, pelvic rocks, spiral; then some neck releases; Mary Poppins stretches (feet); 10 min brisk walk, PBS from memory, HD

        Tue morning moves: Stance, Clapaways, spiderwoman, Lat Pulls, BF; Renee's Fit to the Core Day 1 10 min warm up, metatarsal stretches, Mary Poppins stretches, finger moves, somatic forward bend; 10 min brisk walk; some neck & upper back releases from memory.

        Wed morning moves: Stance, Clapaways, spiderwoman, back fascia stretch, BF; 10 min brisk walk

        Thu morning moves: Stance, Clapaways, spiderwoman, back fascia stretch, BF; Renee's Fit to the Core Day 2 14 min floor workout, finger moves, Mary Poppins stretches, 10 min brisk walk

        Fri Pregnancy Fit #1 PBs until JT, Somatic forward bend, metatarsal stretches, 10 min brisk walk; HD

        Sat HHMM Instr. Somatic forward bend, the Plow

          As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me.
