    Tuesday: More 3B stepping (minus the last minute, since I ran out of time)
    Wednesday
    Thursday: PBS
    Friday:Half the reps in BWO+
    Saturday: More 3 stepping

      Track A I think that I may be Track 1 now, but I mix my moves and workouts in my own way so I will stay at Track A...

      Mon More 1: PBS, R/S, JT, TTT, HD x 2 plus the 9 min stepping workout
      Tue morning moves: stance, clapaways, spiderwoman, BF. Chair Cruisers: PBS #2 + Holiday Hoe Downs (so fun!)
      Wed SF Tempo: 2 sets of PBS, Pliés #1, R/P, JT, TTT
      Thu morning moves: stance, clapaways, spiderwoman, BF. Chair cruisers: Arch and scoop stretch
      Fri yoga stretches, very tired
      Sat HHMM workout all moves except the Plié sequence and Oil Wells w/ towel
      Sun morning moves: stance, clapaways, spiderwoman, BF; Chair Champions: Spinal stretch, Fascia stretch, Lat & Trap Warmup, Shoulder rolls

        Monday: HHMM beg thru OWs, DD moves & skin brushing

        Tuesday: HHMM TTT thru HDs, DD moves twice & skin brushing

        Wednesday: Chair Cruisers: Abbv PBS, Pull the Weeds, Amy's Arms, Isolated Arm Pulls; DD moves standing-CF/MCB/ZIP

        Thursday: Chair Cruisers: PBS (abbv), Alighment & Cross Stretch, Curl the Core, and Fascia Stretch Rib to hip

        Friday:

        Saturday: Holiday workout #4 (seated); MCB, CF standing, Zip standing
