    Thu morning moves: Curl the Core, fascia stretches, Spiderwoman, SF Tempo 2 sets of PBS, 2 sets of Pliés
    Fri morning moves: Curl the Core, fascia stretches, Spiderwoman, BF, Clapaways; finger moves + foot moves NBT/KLT until Metatarsal stretches
