      Wednesday - CFF/ZIP/OIP/HF; 1st 12 min TFFS (went much better today); More 2 PBS/JT/Box/OW/TTT
      Thursday - CFF/ZIP/OIP/HF twice
      Friday - CFF/ZIP/OIP/HF twice and 1st 12 min of TFFS
