          As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......

          So good luck....just do your personal best and you WILL continue to repair/rebuild from the inside out and your body will continue to look, feel and FUNCTION better too. - Teresa (April 12, 2018)

            #1 has 26 min standing and 30 on the floor. #2 has 7 min standing pbs and 43 min on floor. #3 has 8 min standing and 48 min floor. I am on #1 floor seq and on top of my head it is easier than BBFF seq 2 and SF WU. I will review the SF WU and get back to you tomorrow.

            WUWO #1 floor sequence reminds me of parts from F&F where Teresa is on the floor and some from BBFF first 7 minutes warm-ups. For me, SF WU seems faster and requires more coordination and balance, esp the rocking moves where the head is lifted of the floor (done several times throughout the video). WUWO #1 has a rocking move only near the end. WOWU #1 is easy enough (although I've only been following a few moves at a time), BBFF more challenging (crosses meridian more often) and SF WU even more challenging. This is of course my opinion while going through this clumsy and foggy period. HTH!

                Wed - First Step Fascia Fitness - Warmup (10 min) and Workouts 2 & 3 (6 min and 9 min)
                Thu - Warm up stretch, FSFF - Workouts 4 & 5 (7 min & 18 min) couldn't really do the jumps because of my knee
                Fri -
                Sat - FSFF - Workouts 1 and 6 (11 min and 10 min)
