    Sat 2 x 15 min T-tapp walking, some PPW arm moves, 2 x 2 sets of HD
    Sun SF Tempo 2 sets of PBS, 4 sets of Plié, Renee's neck and shoulder moves (from notes taken from her FB video) 2 x 2 sets of HD

    EDIT: GreenGem, as I woke up, I tried just the two first moves from BBFF n°2. You have inspired me to do them! I may do them on the floor other mornings with the video.

              As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......

                  Track 1: HHMM Inst./BWO/SATI (these are going to be my focuses for the next couple of months

                  M -
                  T - HHMM Instructional - whole wo
                  W - PBS, 1 set Amy's arms, 1 set bicep curls, OIP, walking (T-Tapp)
                  Th - SATI - not my plan, but this is what fit time wise;
                  F - 10K steps, 1 set Amy's Arms, Lat pulls and bicep curls, and two sets HDs.
                  S - 1 set of HDs and Zumba for an hour and a half

                    Trisch, Thank you for the response. I feel so much better this time around trying to get back in the swing so I am not sure if hormones have leveled out or what. I won't be trying the HHMM wo for a while until I learn the instructional and I am trying to not overdue as I really want to stay consistent.

                    Is it crazy to try and learn both HHMM and BWO if I just do the Instructional for a while? I don't think I would do them both on the same day as HHMM Inst is long. I get bored doing the same thing every day so I wanted to try mixing it up. Thoughts...

                    Well...I definitely wouldn't do them both on the same day as again, that would be like doing 2 workouts in one day. If you want to alternate, maybe do 1 week for one, 1 for the other. You DO want to do the Instructional somewhat consecutively to help with brain-body connections and muscle memory. HTH!

                    Trisch, Somewhat consecutively? Like half ED or whole EOD? Can you do Instruction every day?
