    Sorry I'm late this week! Had a busy weekend with my youngest daughter's special 17th birthday tea. How fast they grow up!

      It definitely was! But my daughter did most of the work! She wants to be a French pastry chef and own a bakery/tea house, so she enjoyed making all the food and decorating! I just ran and got more fruit and supplies and let her go with her creativity!

              Mon PBS + SF 4 moves
              Tue I know that today's moves won't count, but in the morning, I was stretching my arms/back almost every hour. At the airport, I did 10 min++ stepping with the trolley, keeping mitten hands on its horizontal handle, I will soon do another 10 min walking and more to come this afternoon...EDIT: I did the 2nd part of walking, maybe a bit too intensely, because the sweat ran at the middle of my back. I also did other arm/shoulders/back stretches. And my, was I breathing while carrying all those kilos of my suit case?
