    I'm posting early (for once!) since I will be traveling tomorrow and may forget! (Going back to the frozen tundra--brrrr! )

    And just as a bit of trivia--it will be 6 years on the 15th since I certified to become a T-Tapp trainer!!!

      Woohoo! You have been my mentor for 8 years! Well, as far as T-Tapp goes. We are working on 22 years this month otherwise! <3

                      Mon: 15 minute video with a t-tapp trainer
                      Tues: Mitten Chop (2X), butterflies, leg lifts (it was from a video by Teresa-leg lifts at your kitchen counter), 1 round of tap it hoedowns and 1 regular
                      Wed: Mitten Chop (2X), PBS, t-tapp twist, 2 rounds of tap it hoedowns and 1 regular
                      Thurs: 15 minute video with a t-tapp trainer, plus two sets of hoedowns
                      Fri:
                      Sat: PBS, Mitten chop (2x), t-tapp twist, hoe downs
                      Sun: 15 minute video with t-tapp trainer
