                  Tue TBT Floor and BWO+ with an extra set of HD
                  Wed Hit the Floor through Sit Ups plus BWO + (with a little extra arm work)

                  Haven't started skin brushing yet Maybe I'll go do a short round right now before I go out!

                      Mon Tempo Intermediate to TTN plus 10 min floor work OIP HF LB and some pilates
                      Tue TBT Floor and BWO+ with an extra set of HD
                      Wed Hit the Floor through Sit Ups plus BWO + (with a little extra arm work)
                      Thu T-Tapp Tempo 8 through TTN, 10 min floor work
                      Fri 20 minutes of mixed excercises from T-Tapp Tuesdays and Renee's YouTube channel, plus an extra set of HD.
                      Sat 12 minutes of floor work and T-Tapp Intermediate to Hoe Downs plus lunges, balance and Torso Twist
                      Sun MEASURING DAY

                      Lost a total of 6.5 inches - including an inch and a half off waist and an inch off lower abs! Hooray!! Nothing, nothing works as fast as T-Tapp for me. I even skin brushed (finally) this morning!
