    Tues: no w/o - horrible sinus infection
    Wed: PPW - both w/o
    Thurs: no w/o
    Fri: no w/o
    Sat: no w.o
    Sun: Barefoot Basic

    This has not been a great week at all.

    Living with an autoimmune disease and a Type A personality. Have a very supportive husband and a BLESSED LIFE.

    Tuesday-- TBT Standing, 30 min stepping
    Wednesday-- Ladybug Floor, 20 min stepping
    Thursday-- Warm-Up #2, first half
    Friday-- 40 min stepping
    Saturday-- TBT Standing, 30 min stepping
    Sunday-- SITTM

    (Stepping refers to SATI style walking while watching Netflix. )
