    Yes! I did it, I am the first one! (This will also probably be the last time)
    Track 1:

    Mon: BBFF Seq 3 & PBS
    Tues: BBFF Seq 2 & PPW warmup
    Wed: More 3 (chair)
    Thurs: BBFF Seq 2 & More 3
    Fri: PPW 1
    Sat: day off
    Sun: BBFF Seq 1 & PBS

    The challenge (60day) starts this week , and also my very real attempt to scale back on workouts ( more shorter I think)

    Living with an autoimmune disease and a Type A personality. Have a very supportive husband and a very Blessed life.
