    I don't see anything on the Ladybug move. Does anyone have any tips for getting the most out of Ladybug? I've read that it is THE move for peri/menopause and combo body types. I'm a combo in perimenopause and I do BBFF a lot so I'd love to know I'm squeezing every last drop out of Ladybug.

      Lisa, this is me too. I am noticeably holding more weight in my torso than usual, but also notice some in upper thighs (but, I am eating more unhealthy foods too which I know is hormones). I used to be evenly distributed as well to where people would not believe how much I weighed. I am 52 and staying right around 160-162 unless I cut the junk food then I can get down to 157 but not below that.

      The only real symptoms I have is irregular periods that are still pretty regular. My symptoms are the odd ball symptoms like dizziness, vertigo, headaches, foggy head, joint pain, which I keep maintained easily with T-Tapp. I am following you post though out of curiosity to know what, besides Ladybug and HHMM is good for hormones.

      BlessedMama Trisch did this move as a bonus focus in January 2018 when she did the Ladybug Workout. I think she sometimes sells select bonus focuses...you could check with her! I think she might even have a video package for this class you could get! Not sure if she has this one available to sell individually this way or not, but worth asking

      I do still have Beautiful Basics for LadyBug workout in the T-Tapp store. And yes, LadyBug move was one of the Bonus Focuses for that class--I spent 23 minutes on it! I've not sold the individual move videos because each set of classes is uploaded to my Teachable "school". I'd need to create a separate place for each class. I'll share the link, then I'll share a few tips in another post vs the comments here.

    Lisa, if you want to do a little reading....there was a thread on the forums called "Calling All Combos: How Can We Kick It Up a Notch?" Scroll down about 3/4 of the way on page 1 and look for Dantheman. Or do CTRL + F and put his name in the search box. There was a LOT of banter on that thread! But there are some real GEMS in there, too! Now, it's for the entire workout, not just LadyBug move. I'll still share some tips, but that is worth a good read!
