  • When a seasoned T-Tapper sits down at the lat press machine at the gym . . .

After not having touched a weight in over ten years. Guess how much weight she can pull while barely breaking a sweat? Proof that T-Tapp builds really strong muscle!

If you don't know what machine this is, it's this one https://youtu.be/fte0aE5CmBU and it works the lats.

Answer to come in a few days.

    T-Tapping since 2010, consistent since 2015!

I got to meet and workout with Teresa in 2014. I am forever grateful to her and will never forget her.

180 pounds is what I could pull, 12 repetitions. About 82 kg. I was really surprised, myself!

I was excited about my rowing results after a couple of months, but what you're describing, after a ten-year gap, is utterly spectacular. That's a testament to your consistency and to the T-Tapp method. Congratulations, Lisa!
