You go, JohannaRegina! Great combination. I once did a 4 bootcamp with OIP/HF then other floor moves. But I have still not learnt AL...

I just did More 2 and my four DD moves. Not much to talk about I had a busy day with school work that ran me into getting ready for work, but I made myself do my wo when I got home from work tonight so I am happy that I did get it in. I hope everyone is doing fabulous. I am pretty sure I felt some new back muscles along my spine tonight...

I didn't get my workout in yesterday like I wanted to. My daughter and granddaughter came by and stayed until I needed to get ready for work. I fully intended on doing More 2 when I got in from work but was SOOO tired I just couldn't. I did do my 4 DD moves twice yesterday so that is something.

I am planning on doing SATI in a few minutes.

This week, my life was more stressful than last and I had to do some meeting and probably caught something. Midweek was very fatiguing, so I stepped minimally for the fatigue reasons, no pushing myself to do anything other than stepping for 15 mins as the minimum that I can do. The headache and fatigue did not turn out to be anything, so I am grateful.

Thanks! I seem to really have caught some virus, the problem with going outside of my home to see other people in the real world. I guess I was right to do stepping.

That is so AWESOME about being consistent for a month. But NOT awesome about a virus, do you mean a real virus or metaphorically? I love the stepping workouts.

Today I did one that I haven't tried before - More 2 workout with Berei & Teresa from the beginning through Jazz Twist. I intended to do the whole thing but that first half was a lot of arms and squats so I decided to halt after JT. I worked up a really good sweat and I am looking forward to finishing it tomorrow. I like that this one isn't super fast.

The only part I wasn't sure about was the arms clasped behind. I wasn't sure if she was pressing the thumbs and pinkies together? When she says press your thumbs, does she mean into your butt or together?

My traps are really sore from all of the the ribs up, tighten abs and hunching, but I REALLY liked this one. Tomorrow I will do the other half.

I made it a whole week with something on the calendar EVERYDAY!! Looking forward to continuing next week.

ayj67 YES, definite carpal tunnel...weird part is left is worse than right and I am right handed. Lately my left thumb has been bothering me A LOT. That same arm bothers me when I do the moves with arms straight out and activate good, my arm aches. I am hoping this will help all of that. I am trying really hard to be consistent and doing good.

Don't know what to tell you... Mineral deposits and water retention makes the carpal tunnel worse. Since you are not going to the citrus acid, malic acid route, then you have to bump up your magnesium intake. Try ReMag.

ayj67 My carpal tunnel is NOT horrible, very manageable and only comes and goes. I can clasp that way in front very easily and close my hand with an issue. It is going behind that is difficult. I take 1000 mg of mag every morning. I will look at ReMag.
        Working...
