    The whole Barre-Warm-up today. I am sooo happy I can go go for a slow deep stretch without triggering pain.

    Update: I tried clap-away and kick outs this afternoon and I can do them as long as I pull back the thumbs and kick out a bit gentler than normal.
    I'm still going through the moves like a beginner as I explore my current range of motion and also to rebuild my mind-body connection. After the impact or maybe shock I was clumsier than usual but is improving steadily.

    As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......So good luck....just do your personal best and you WILL continue to repair/rebuild from the inside out and your body will continue to look, feel and FUNCTION better too. - Teresa (April 12, 2018)

      I am quite fine, more relaxed in my brain even if I am still tired. From today until Sunday, my husband & I are going on holiday in the mountains after this eventful summer. So happy about that.

    My oldest sister and I ate and binged watched Korean drama and shopped for 3 straight days. She left this morning ' midnight flight and I did not work yesterday.

      It's been a while for me to post. I am starting school (online program) on Monday. I can't believe I am going to school AGAIN, I just finished my BSN in November of 2018, now on to MSN. I just have to keep remembering what one of my teachers from nursing school said way back when "Keep your eyes on the prize!" And lots of praying.

      Yesterday I did the floor Debulk sequence of OIPHF, LB, CC, then some rolling like a ball and AL. I also did the arm sequence from the Total Workout. Still working with weights on my arms to increase muscles. Leg wise I feel that I have (re-) built enough muscles and will focus on toning with T Tapp and squats, lunges etc. Also some cardio here and there.
