Alright... so last week worked out well. I ended up doing only PBS yesterday, but that actually exhausted me.
Copying last weeks workouts to this week and adding this weeks towards my 60 day challenge.

    Aug 6 - BWO+
    Aug 7 - MORE
    Aug 8 - BWO+ Fascia moves

    Aug 11 - PBS
    Aug 12 - MORE

    How is everyone else doing?

Hi everyone! I'm feeling good. Tomorrow will be very busy so I'm going to get a quick workout in first thing before the day gets away from me.

I started a thread for "61 Days for Teresa" here

      https://forum.t-tapp.com/forum/main-...ts-august-26th

I'm planning to get back into First Steps when I start my 61 day challenge.
      Lisa. 46 years old.
Homeschooling 4 great kids and nursing surprise toddler #5.
      T-Tapping since 2010, consistent since 2015!

I got to meet and workout with Teresa in 2014. I am forever grateful to her and will never forget her.

I will join that as well even though it will overlap with my current 60 day recovery challenge. For the 61 days challenge I will focus on other aspects of healing - diet and grace + gratitude all of which she has inspired me.

@GrewnGem that's perfect! It's simply 61 days to honor Teresa and how she lived her life. She was always encouraging others, always giving.

Hi ladies, I am back on track even if I continue calmly. Every morning, I wake up and when I am enough "woken up", I put on my gym clothes and shoes and go to the TV and DVD player. I am continuing to do my morning moves: Clapaways, Spiderwoman, BF and then PBS and from yesterday PliƩs too, from More 2. It feels great. I can work about 2-3 hours a day on my school preparations. Hopefully, my husband will soon be back home. He has to take care of administrative things for his mum as well as practical daily things for her as she is hospitalized. We do hope to be able to go on holiday in the mountains from 21-25 August. We really need it after this trialsome summer.

Last week: 1-Min T-Tapp Walking & Fascia Stretches several times a day
This week: Floor Core Focus*, 1-Min T-Tapp Walking & Fascia Stretches as needed
        * I used to take the first few minutes of this floor video for granted. Now I make sure I use the strategies to protect my back as I get down to the lying position on the floor.

Tomorrow, I will try to add bits from Barre Warm-up

Update: The first 8 minutes in the Barre Warm-up (Beautiful Basics First Step 1&2) feels good. Trisch shows how to start out gently and the overall guidance on proper form does protect and stabilize my back. I only stretch far enough to feel it and relieve tightness, so far I have not triggered more pain.

Update 2: She does teach how to protect the back! I slowed down the video, this time I did not miss the specific mentions on protecting the back. Sorry BlessedMama , I dunnno how I could miss that. It goes without saying, read the videos/dvd and read often.

As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......So good luck....just do your personal best and you WILL continue to repair/rebuild from the inside out and your body will continue to look, feel and FUNCTION better too. - Teresa (April 12, 2018)

That's great, GreenGem! Alignment and activation are always the 2 keys--for inch loss, rehab and strengthening!

How wonderful that you are able to keep up with your 15 minute commitment on top of your full week, and, I'm guessing you got to enjoy your sis' company, too.

I'm doing better at managing and increasing my activities slowly. I do still tend to forget to move carefully when there's no pain.

My husband & I are going on a 5 day-holiday in the mountains from Wed until Sat. We are so happy about that and have no real plans besides relaxing and enjoying the nature, good food and enjoy this time away. I have been able to do lots of school prep so I can travel with a calm mind. I have noticed that we are stronger than we think, sometimes. I believe that both T-tapping and sketching are helping me to use relaxed concentration in areas of my life. I do think that certain cognitive patterns are changing slowly but surely. So thankful for that.
