Today, I did BBFF, and it felt good to take a break from standing wo. 2 is my favorite.

Ahhh, thank you Greengem. Tornados are not the norm for this time of year, but this will be the third time this winter.

Do you know the 3 workouts on BBFF? I have only learnt the 2nd one so far. I will need to watch and read the 3rd one. I think that I have read somewhere that the 1st one is the most challenging?...Saying a prayer about security for you & your family.

Anna Lee, BBFF 3, is a variation of Diva Derriere; it is side lying exercises. It is challenging, but I like it.

BBFF 1 is very challenging for me. It is back lying exercises with legs up at 90 % angle, crossover sit ups, and also contains the pilates V. It is a great wo, but I don't have the flexibility or back/core strength to do these moves properly.

Maybe someone else with more experience with BBFF can supply better details.

I'm the polar opposite of piper1 today =D I'm taking a break from floor (which is ridiculously challenging for me, I can't explain, it just is) and doing some standing moves from "Dashing into Holiday Fitness Calendar".
As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......So good luck....just do your personal best and you WILL continue to repair/rebuild from the inside out and your body will continue to look, feel and FUNCTION better too. - Teresa (April 12, 2018)

As floor workouts, I only have BBFF, Debulk and now Target Pop 3 plus the moves on the CRT DVD. I don't have a plan for learning them yet. I did like the moves that I did during my short bootcamp in October: OIP, HF, Crab Claws and Lady Bug.

I've read all three segments in the BBFF, in my head I can do them well, lol. Cool to know that seg 3 is DD.... looking forward to waking up my sleeping derrière

I haven't read BBFF #1 and #3 yet, only part of the latter one. I need to be in a special mood for the floor workouts.

I've been MIA for this group!

My energy levels have tanked and my health coach yesterday told me I need to be making myself a priority! Now, WHERE have I heard that before?! I think the cumulative effect of transitions in family, transitions from Teresa's passing and just life in general have all converged during this busy season. Being winded just to go upstairs--and I wasn't running up the steps!--let me know that something is amiss. Thankful to have support and the tools I need!

I'm also grateful that I am recording short classes--but I need to space them out more! I had a client session then recorded 5 short classes today (with breaks!). I will probably take tomorrow off so I don't overdo.

I do read up on everyone to see how you're doing--just don't comment as much!

Today is a light day for me. My three lovely morning moves and now the additional morning dry body brushing -as I wrote the other day, I am really inspired to continue as it makes me feel *so* energized!! It is just amazing what this kind of brushing can do. It does feel different to the wet body brushing that I have been doing for years. It felt fine too, but different.

There are still a couple of weeks, but I am considering to start 2019 with my second bootcamp, 4 or 7 days depending on my stamina. I don't know which kind of workout that I will be doing, though. I have many new DVDs, but I will take the time to learn the moves...

Did I tell you all that I received Target Pop 3 yesterday? Would you recommend me to do a PBS or OIP/HF before any of those three moves?

EDIT: Tonight, I watched and did three foot moves: NBT Barefoot, Metatarsal stretch and Mary Poppins feet. It felt lovely and I can feel muscles working upwards my legs. I will try to do these ones more regularly.

Piper: the Finger & Foot Fitness DVD is a clinic, recorded at a retreat. The foot section is very long and thorough. I admit not having done all of it yet. I have only started to learn some of the moves, but I have wanted to do some of them on a regular basis. Now is the time! I am convinced that they will help me with my inner thighs, the knee fat pads in long term and I could even feel some of my butt muscles working.

Trisch, thank you for the advice!

I hadn't planned on this being a rest day, but life got in the way, and I didn't get in a WO, which is fine. I did get in a great deal of walking, and some heavy lifting (well, heavy for me anyway!). Brushing then an epsom salts bath sounds like the perfect ending to this busy (but good) day!

I did Holiday #1 and the Holiday Showdown today.

No brushing yet this week. I had a lovely salad for dinner, though.

Today, I did SF Tempo 2 sets of PBS, Oil Wells until HD. It was quite some time since I did about 25 min of SF. It felt lovely and I am totally relaxed now. I was already quite relaxed before too.

A cold front pushed in across the gulf, which can cause tornadoes, so all after school activities were canceled yesterday. Late last night, we had a short bout of thunder, lightning and heavy rain, but thankfully, NO tornadoes or heavy winds! We are so relieved.

This morning, I did BBFF 3 and scarecrow and it felt great. DH and I both felt a little stiff this morning. The possibility of tornadoes (especially at night), and the preparation of, is stressful, but the WO relieved much of the tension in my muscles and joints. T Tapp to the rescue. Thank you, Teresa. You do, and will continue, to help us in so many ways.

Wishing you all a healthy, safe and happy weekend!

What a relief, I'm glad you are all safe. Same here, the T-Tapp moves help relieve tensions, my body craves it even when my energy is low.

I am trying get back to a routine after the last few months' craziness and stress. I did Teresa's favorite stretch from streaming this morning, the wifi speed is not good and the workout stopped a few times... I really need to get my DVD player back and to play DVD instead of streaming.

Today is my rest day although I have just done 2 x 2 sets of HD. We had delicious waffles for lunch! I am looking forward to seeing my dietitian and especially to know how much muscle I have now. I saw her in October 2017 (before I started T-tapping in the end of November). I am continuing my more lymphatic workouts plus SF over Christmas and New Year. I think I will need SF this last week at work.

Well, I saw my dietitian this afternoon, and I have gained 13 pounds in a little more than one year...I know that about 4.4 pounds were due to the time of the day, so to say. But I am glad that I went. Since I started the Himalayan salt, I have been down a little. But what is scaring is that I have gained fat and lost muscles proportionally. I am quite taken back. It was even hard to do my full muscle activation of SF Tempo 2 sets of PBS after the appmt. I will need to digest all the info. I won't stay in decouragement, I need to state the facts and advance. I have never felt healthier despite what the numbers say!!

Anna Lee, I can only imagine how discouraged you must feel. But, the fact that you are seeing this as a temporary set back, that you Will overcome, and you close with a positive about your health, does not surprise me. Your attitude is beautiful! I notice how you always take the time to encourage and support. During this time, I hope that we can be the support for you, that you have been for us.

I guess that we are continuing this thread. Donna must be busy.

Yesterday, I did my morning moves and in the afternoon, the broom workout from More 2. I am starting to get in my holiday (read 'vacation') mood. From Friday noon, I will be off work, but I am already really relaxed. I almost forgot my last class today! I doubt that I will do something more than the morning PBS today. I feel like relaxing.
