I have been continuing my EOD schedule, just changing to some T-tapp walking outside the past two days. This morning, I did SF Tempo 2 sets of PBS and 2 sets of PliƩ before breakfast, I only had some grape juice. It felt so good and now afterwards too. I also did a series of neck/shoulders/arms moves that Renee posted a couple of months ago on FB. I need to regain my brain balance after the stressful event last Friday. So I am experimenting with what can help me the best. Meanwhile, the snacking is still a tough part for me, but I try to stay as calm as possible about that.

Hi Alisa, did you mix up this thread with the Habit Formers? Nice to "see" you again!

I took last week off, too discouraged, really, by lack of visible results. If I hadn't seen loads of testimonials from people who really did lose sizes in weeks and months, I wouldn't believe it.

Back to BWO+ Monday to Friday now.

Maria, I understand how you feel. Perimenopause and stress (along with health issue) makes this inch loss issue like an endless losing battle these few years, especially when I am little over stressed and depressed to even get into the stance...

However, I was one of those that lost 2 sizes within 1 month in the beginning when I did not even know how to do the workout or stand right.

The workouts work, it is just if we can overcome all these other health, stress and menopause issue as well as we can. I am not going to throw in the towel ever, but I will only do what I can to keep me sane and less stressed out.

Maria, I saw results in October and then in January. After that it has been slowing down as for inch loss, but I have experienced so many health benefits. That makes me keep moving. If you enjoy the workouts, do continue! I am in the beginning of the perimenopause and I am getting myself ready that things will be like this for the upcoming 10 years. I only want to be realistic and I may have some surprises on the way

      Alisa,

      ayj67,

      Anna Lee,

Thank you very much for your kind words! I do feel it working, at the end of last week's non-exercising as was feeling clogged in the head from not doing anything. T-Tapp un-cloggs me quickly. And I actually enjoy doing it. Teresa's system and thinking make perfect sense.

I am post-menopausal by now. I suppose that makes things worse when it comes to losing weight. The one thing I could add is to get more sleep, I go to bed far too late.

      Thanks again!

      Maria

Thanks,I need that, too. When I am not well and rested I puff up quickly. And sometimes I end up eating for comfort. But after learning T-Tapp I'very come to learn those are temporary and then I can go back on track when I feel better.

Yes for consistency. Every bit counts, even a few kick outs.

I actually got through all of More 1 today. It's only 20 minutes, but I don't like doing more than 10 minutes. Today I did it earlier in the day and well before the walk. We did do the walk later and did all of it too.
I've been taking an Asian "Super Tonic" lately. I think it is helping. Not so much coughing.

I got the walk in today. Nothing else except some stretching in the first part of PBS.

Well, Monday I decided that I can definitely see hip pads returning, so it is TIME to get back on the real workout wagon. I have been doing nothing but walking/PPW for quite a few weeks now--a hiatus while my neck healed--and I jumped back in to BWO+ yesterday. When I started stretching this morning, it was like ooooh, yes. There are definitely muscles in my sides that haven't been used in a while! I do hope this won't cause my neck to flare again, because I need it so badly! BWO+ again today, and it felt so good to be back at it! I have also been getting really slack on my eating--still healthy, but just too stinking much of it! Too many nuts, too much cheese! And that combo has put me back up to my highest weight ever outside of pregnancy. Ugh.

So there you have it. That's where I've been. My schedule has slowed down now, at least for a week or two, so I am going to try to stick with the program now!

Visiting relatives again. I think we ate too much yummy food that my mom cooked. My heart and tummy are full.

I have not been able to fit in a full wo so far. My body is "clumsy" and my sleep pattern off again. I think my mind has been overworked after the long conversations trying to catch up with love ones. Phones and emails are never enough.

I will have to get back on track next week.
As I always say, T-Tapp is God-Given and God Guided. I am honored to have the opportunity to share what's been gifted to me. There is so much more woven within each of the T-Tapp exercise and special sequences within the workouts than just a means to lose inches and look good......

So good luck....just do your personal best and you WILL continue to repair/rebuild from the inside out and your body will continue to look, feel and FUNCTION better too. - Teresa (April 12, 2018)

BWO+ again this morning. It's amazing how short it is and how much it does. I always go back to that one after any time off, and it amazes me. Feels GOOD, for which I am rejoicing!

3 days with no T-tapping. It *has* to be an exception. It is so hot and I have been busy these past days. My husband & I are going on holiday from 18-31 July. We will be hiking, me EOD. My huge problem is still the snacking or should I write too many treats. I will try not to go overboard during these coming weeks, but I will need to get back on some kind of food track in August. I may be checking in less during the weeks to come...

EDIt: I got so inspired to T-tapp when I had written the comment above! I did HHMM Spinal Curl until Lateral Lat Pulls. It is so hot here that I couldn't do more, but it felt great!

It's very hot here, too. We have air conditioning, though. I don't know how much I could do without it. I did work outside some but tried to stay in the shade.

So, how hot is it by you? Today it was 93F/34C here. It will be a little cooler the rest of the week.

Last week I only got one workout in. But we made a spontaneous camping trip and I got 15,000 steps each day and a few moves. It was SO NICE to be out in the wilderness and away from electricity. We came home dirty and exhausted.

Today I did a nice long (for me) workout. I did the first 30 minutes of RRMW and then 4 segments of T-Tapp Tuesday from YouTube. I feel so good. Hoping to get back into my healthy rhythm this week. I also really need to re-start skin brushing. I haven't done it in ages.

I will be leaving tomorrow and I don't know how much I will be able to check in. I will bring my laptop, SATI, SF (of course!) and HHMM with me. My husband & I will be hiking the 2nd week. I will try not to let things go overboard foodwise...
Enjoy the rest of July, ladies!

I didn't get a workout in today but I took a good brisk walk (and it's uphill all the way home) and I'm going to do some T-Tapp Tuesday segments now before bed. I spent a lot of time picking thimbleberries which is very relaxing for me. I'm trying to take more time for things like that, even if the housework gets ignored. I have a LOT of laundry to fold but picking berries is more fun.

Like a raspberry but much more delicate and less sweet. No thorns, either. They make the most amazing jam. We have acres and acres of them growing wild.
