  • Forum Work Order Process

I want to let everyone know that we have a team that is working on restoring topics/threads from the previous forum. Due to the recent switch, we were not able to layer it as before so the team is working to post them one by one, which as you can imagine, is going to take some time! We realize that you may have a particular thread that you may have saved a copy of that you want to see back on the forum. To keep from having duplicate postings of the same threads, we would appreciate you directing anything to us here vs posting it yourself. We do have a method of systematically working through the information we have, but there is always the possibility of cut-off threads/missing information. If you feel you may have information that would be helpful, please post on this thread and let us know how to best contact you.

We also realize that some of you may have blog posts or administrate Facebook groups that have had links in the past to helpful topics/threads. You might find some of them already restored under the Must Read Threads topic or by searching the forums. If you try to search and don't come up with the topic/thread you are looking for, please also post below and let us know what topic/thread and we will do our best to find it and respond to your post when it's restored. Do realize that it may take a little time to locate a particular thread in our information.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this!

May I suggest that after the MUST READ are restored, the next to restore is the New to T-Tapp section for the past 5 years.

There are a lot of new workouts in the last 5 years which were not covered in the Must Read. We wrote detailed and long replies to newbies to make sure they are taken care of and technical questions are answered first.

Please restore the General Discussion in the last 5 years after the New to T-Tapp for the past 5 years are restore. before digging into the older threads.

The Must Read Threads as they were in March are restored, along with the threads they link to. We are working on recreating the New to T-Tapp forum, although it is difficult as we don't have that forum in our information to work from. We don't know what was on there at all at this point. We are taking threads that we feel are helpful or remember being on there to recreate it. It will definitely be a work in progress!

As to focusing on posts for the past 5 years, that is somewhat difficult as what we have to work from is not in date order. We'll take a look to see what we can do. Unfortunately, there were also many cut off threads in this last transition, which means some of the information later in the threads may be lost. There may be some hope of finding the rest of the threads, but in the meantime we are working as quickly as we can with what we have.

      We appreciate your suggestions, ayj67!

Ok, Goddess... I need you to restore some threads on the Newbie area, I am almost certain one of them is titled Questions, Questions. It is about the lats activation and HHMM (Menopause Management DVD). I have put in a lot of time and a lot of technical reply for that one, including embedding pictures... There are links on that one that I will want them to be restored too. The other one would be titled as "Body Type, I am so confused". That is a thread started by Sissy973, her body type questions sprang into many form and activation questions, that is a lot of time spent and a lot of her reference and details she goes back. She has a lot of history written there too, that is like her file. Trisch will need that when she starts training Sissy one day (for back ground info).

In general, if you search the term Lats, please restore them first. If you see Senior Fit or HHMM or Healthy Hormone or Menopause Management, please also restore them.

I will certainly pass that along to the team, but one problem is we do not have the former New to T-Tapp Forum to work from. If those threads were not on another forum, such as General Forum, then we most likely do not have them. The New to You T-Tapp Forum was "lost" in the upgrade last October and to my knowledge has not been recovered yet. Should we get that forum information back, we can certainly work to restore those threads first if possible. We are as disappointed as you that that information is not there as it was very helpful.

Thank you ayj for all your support of the forum!

As Forum Goddess mentioned, we don't have access to the entire old forum. I will correct Forum Goddess, however, in that what we do have is organized by date. In fact, that's the only way it's organized. We can do some searching, so I will look up what I can find for Healthy Hormones, Senior Fit and Lats threads...however, as Forum Goddess said, I won't be able to retrieve those that were done in the old New to T-Tapp forum, as those currently are not available to us, and may be permanently gone.

My original plan was to work from old to new, that way when I came across threads that linked to older threads, they would already be available and ready to re-link, however based on your suggestion, I will review some of the more recent content first. I need to reorganize my files first, though, so I can keep things orderly as I go about this as we try to avoid posting duplicate content.

            Thank you again!
