    Here's the flow:

    1. Awesome Legs
    2. Organs In Place / Half Frogs for 8
    3. Diva Derriere on one side
    4. Pretzel Twist on the same side
    5. Organs In Place with 8 tucks
    6. Repeat Diva Derrier and Pretzel Twist on the other side
    7. Finish with Organs In Place & Half Frogs

    I love the feeling that doing this just 2-3 days in a row brings to my middle, so made it 4 for good measure.

    This weeks focus is the Torso and we are going to carry this one on for 7 days. Don't worry if you cannot do it every day, just do it when you can. The sequence goes like this:

    1. Awesome Legs
    2. Organs In Place / Half Frogs
    3. Diva Derriere on one side
    4. Pretzel Twist on the same side
    5. Organs In Place with 8 tucks
    6. Repeat Diva Derriere and Pretzel Twist on the other side
    7. Organs In Place & Half Frogs
    8. add Ladybug (if you have/know it)

    Awesome legs will help to reduce a bulky thigh and slim the thighs, is lymphatic and strengthens stomach muscles.

    Diva Derriere trims thighs and slims saddlebags, uplift tightens and tones the buns.

    Pretzel Twist trims the torso, slims hips, thighs and butt, is lymphatic and isometrically works the arms and strengthens the shoulder.

    LadyBugs is the secret to success for less to lose bodies, menopausal management and the ultimate for combo body types. It trims ribs to knees.

      Pretzel Twist is on Tempo Lower Body, Brain-Body Core Floor and Brain-Body Fitness Floor, as well as Target POP 3. Part of it used to be on Try Before You Buy, but the flash player isn't working right now.

    I'm going to do it! I can't start until Saturday, though. But my husband will be out of town for a week so it will be fun to see if I look different to him when he gets back.

    If I do this sequence every day (or almost every) does that mean I can't do a workout, too? I usually do SATI, TBT Standing, or HHMM.

      Lisa, if you are good at listening to your body, and since it's just for a short little challenge, I think you'd be fine! Especially with the shorter workouts. Keep us posted on your progress!

            I will also try this challenge, the first week of May.

            But can I do it while having an EOD full workout schedule with Senior Fit?

              BlessedMama wrote that if you listen to your body it should be fine since it's just 7-10 days. If you have a tendency to ignore signs that you're overdoing it, then maybe write up a reduced schedule or make sure you stick to the shorter workouts.
