  • Bloating

’m 58, 5’5 and weigh 150, have always carried extra weight thru stomach and bust. My main goal starting this is too be healthier with added bonus looking more fit. I have always suffered from fatigue and now brain fog and hot flashes and GERD. I read the book and did instructional for a week. Now been doing basic workout couple days then a day off when feeling too sore, for 2 weeks now. I am constantly bloated and my clothes feel tighter. I am confident I have my stance down pretty well. Anyone else have painful bloating after starting?

How is that you are bloating? All over the body including the fingers are swelling or just feeling gassy or heartburnt? If you are dehydrated and the acid and alkalinity in your body is thrown off, you will be swelling all over the place including fingers and toes. Then, drink more water and give yourself more rest or do more stepping and walking.

If the bloating is not dehydration, then what have you been eating? Are you drinking enough water? Are you going to #2 more and more regularly?

In general, based my own experience, the fatigue and brainfog is yeast overgrowth. Well, hot flashes is congestion of the liver that you either have a lot of chemical in your body, or you had and still adhere to a low fat to non fat diet that you biles does not move freely and the liver is working hard. GERD might be acid reflux, that is more because of low stomach acid instead of too much, and that more minerals in the diet is needed.

However, when there is a liver congestion that the biles is churning, the feelings is also very similar to acid reflux in chest congestion when the biles actually move (stress, exercise or fat in food).

One thing when we do exerting exercise, we churn the biles, in the event that you have a congested gallbladder, you will have that heart burn feelings too.

I am not going to argue whether Basic is too much or not enough for you, but I never have the bloating and pain at starting nor each time when I restart T-Tapp after a long hiatus. However, when I do a liver flush, I will always have the hotflashes, brain fog, fatigue, bloated feelings. When I had yeast overgrowth, I have the fatigue, brainfog, etc. The only way to relief is bowel movement when the bile was released.
