  • How to use TappCore

Hi everyone. TappCore is designed to be used in a variety of ways. Nine exercises, each 2 minutes or less, can be combined as desired. Each TappCore exercise involves simultaneous left/right brain, mind-to-muscle activation and lymphatic function. Obviously the Stepping in place and Hoe Downs provide extra cardio. Age, attention span, fitness level, even time of day are factors that determine whether or not you combine 2, 3 or even 4 exercises in a row. You, as parent and teacher, will know what seems appropriate and when - but definitely allow a selection process to occur from your child/student. When given a choice, they'll receive far more from the exercise or exercises chosen.

TappCore exercises are designed to help the body develop left brain/right brain coordination, lower blood sugar when necessary, utilize stored energy and provide mental clarity for better retention. They also provide cardiac conditioning for healthy heart function, develop muscles with strength and flexibility, as well as core balance.

By splitting TappCore exercises throughout the day (ie: at beginning of day, middle of a long session, just after lunch or mid-afternoon you actually "help the body and mind, help itself" achieve focus for better retention of academic information. TappCore exercises involve more than calorie expenditure (of course, tappers already know that!)

For the past 2 years I've been working with public school systems (elementary, middle and even high school) and it's been observed that kids (all ages) definitely receive benefit and even request TappCore, especially mid-morning and afternoon.

Hope this helps....I look forward to hearing how received and how effective TappCore is for you with your children.

    Best wishes,

    Teresa
