Default Knee better. :)

Ok, so I am nowhere near losing anymore inches for the last.....like six months but I had to share anyway. I haven't been consistent lately as I am working on my eating habits so hard and just trying to keep my regular activity level going all day along with housework and walking....

But, I had started to get some knee pain. It was so bad that I couldn't kneel on it at all and walking up steps was very painful in my right knee. It just felt like my knee cap would pop right out of place. This was a new development but after several weeks I was like, Ok, duh, T-Tapp technique up the stairs, while I am waiting in line, standing with a baby rocking back and forth, knees out always! So I did it and a week later a marked improvement and now, I can crawl around with a heavy child on my back playing "horsey" with no pain and my knee cap feels like it is supported by muscle as opposed to feeling like it would pop out of place.

So cool.

That is so great. It's really encouraging to hear about how T-Tapp helps different issues. Just makes you want to keep going and learning more! Thanks for sharing.
