Shannon, that is just too awesome not to say anything...so Congratulations to you! Nice to see results for your work so quickly isn't it? I think it was the part about the crabby, non-sleeping, teething baby that got my attention because I had one of those not very long ago and it seemed like a big job just to get up in the morning sometimes much less even get any kind of workout in.

Keep it up! You will love the results you continue to see, inside and out.

Thanks so much y'all !! Your encouragement, really helps me to remember that this is the beginning and that I can stick with it! My whole body feels better just in two weeks--my knees, my hip which was all kinda messed up during my last preggnancy/birth, my organs (though they still bother me sometimes--but I can tell the difference and assume that I as I grow in core/transverse ab strength, that my body will be better able to old my body parts up and in), but I think the absolute biggest difference I notice is in my digestion. I have always had really pretty awful digestion--and now it's like I have a different stomach!! Inches are great to lose, and very exciting --but you guys cheering me on, reminds me to stay with it for all of the other reasons!! (LOL! Plus I can't afford new clothes if I lose too much...lol! Something I hadn't really thought of until a few days ago.)

Here's some pics. Some from two weeks ago and some from this morning I was kind of afraid that there'd be no discernible difference. LOL!

Measured today again--another 7.5 inches lost since last Wednesday. That's 21 inches in 9 days. I'm every other day now--though on my "off" days I'm still doing PBS (because it really helps shrug off my aches from not sleeping well with baby) and hoe downs after I eat.

That's great, Shannon! Keep up the good work!

And keep brushing that skin--even the belly WILL go down, I promise!

Thanks for the encouragement! I really thought it was just something I would have for the rest of my life, so *any* improvement is awesome. I have already seen more improvement than I thought I would ever see...I can't wait to see what the 60 day mark will bring!
