Default MetaTrek sizing: Everything you wanted to know

I’m putting together this thread so that when people ask about sizing for MTs we can boot it up and pretty much have all the discussions and links from other threads in one place.

Please feel free to add to it if you have other information that you’d like to share.

First of all here are some links to the iWellness site that deal with sizing.

Here are some past threads concerning MTs sizing.

HMMMM It does indeed seem as though these links are no longer usable even if cut and pasted into a new window. Guess we'll just have to start making some new posts about fitting so we can start some new *everything* posts.

Lannette,
It may just be easier to fix these links. I changed a bunch of them from other threads when the boards first changed. I missed this thread. I'm in the middle of cooking dinner right now I'll look at making the changes in a bit.

Default Working with weighted shoes and CAN YOU READ THIS POST?

Hello Fellow t-tappers
I am relatively new to t-tapp (February 17th). I just posted a few replies to the thread of shoes. But, I am not sure if you can read them. I am trying to find my way in the forum... and the tech world
In essence my questions are:
1) can you see my post?
2) I am a 7.5. Should I buy an 8 which is what my regular sneakers are?
3)Where do I get the treks and what is the return/exchange policy (I can't find ir either :-()
thanks!!!!

I'm a 7.5 usually and they are large in a MT. Wish I had gotten a 7.

Extra insole, thicker socks and still a tad large.
