I am 23 weeks along now, and sadly, have not been tapping. I am finally feeling really good again and ready to start back up. Should I go ahead and do a 4 day BC? Also, I will be tested in 5 more weeks for gestational diabetes which I have a history of in my last 2 pregnancies. I was planning to do the total workout EOD, and PBS and hoedowns every day. Do you have any other suggestions for me?
