I'm back!
I know that many of you have been following along with my story, but here's a quick recap... I got pregnant shortly before Halloween last year, thought I was going to have a perfect pregnancy because I was so healthy and fit, but started having problems at 7 weeks. After a troubled pregnancy, I finally lost my baby at 17 weeks, in the middle of February. It was tough, but I've had wonderful support from my friends (thanks, Jeni!) and I've been getting though it. I know that it has made me stronger and wiser. After my loss, I got my period back 6 weeks later, and two weeks after that I got pregnant again!
I just found out on Thursday, and my husband and I are so happy about it. At the moment, I feel quite serene and positive about this pregnancy, but I would also appreciate all the prayers I can get! I'm due on New Year's Eve, and I am so eager to get enormous!
I plan to keep doing T-tapp as long as I can, which hopefully will be right up until the moment I'm ready to deliver a healthy baby. But I've learned from hard experience that things don't always go as planned, so I'm taking it one day at a time. Right now, I feel really good. I'm going to focus on doing the basic workout as often as possible, because I find that it really helps aleviate that first trimester exhaustion, and I'd like to keep doing the full workout at least once or twice a week.
Note to Jeni: I did my HTF tape exactly ONCE before I got pregnant again. Maybe I should loan it to someone else who's trying to conceive!
