Anyone out there know which is better between these two "fizzy" calcium products?

The first one is Calcium Plus Formula by Market America
It has 750 mg of calcium (5 types)
Carbonate, lactate, phosphate, sulfate & citrate)
200 Mg of Magnesium
1 mg Manganese
Vitamin B2 2 mg
D3 400 IU
Boron 1 mg
Potasium 225 mg
other ingredients: fructose (3 g sugar), orange powder, citric acid, apple pectin, malic acid and natural orange flavor.

Just curious, since the first one is easily obtainable at my local chiropractor's office. Both are powder you mix water to get a fizzy effect. Just not to sure on the other ratios etc.

Hey, I just realized one of these ..."Natural Calm" is just Magnesium. I thought this was supposed to be a replacement for Nerve and Osteo Support? Am I out of touch? What happened (who turned the lights out!)?
