Oh, Sharon! That is so hard--especially at that time of month! Glad the SATI (and ice cream!) helped!

Ayj, you are a HOOT! Bend knees, curl core and lift ribs--you can do it, yes you CAN! Remember--I was a mess when I first started mentoring with Michelle 1 1/2 years ago!

Nice thing now? I can do a clinic or a private session and watch my tummy tighten up over the next few days! T-Tapp in proper form is AMAZING stuff!

Chi, thanks so much! I was tickled to find that soldier picture! You wouldn't believe what comes up when you type in "soldiers bootcamp"! Bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with it! I found you can use pictures from flickr Creative Commons and just give credit. When I checked into the images you pay for, it's ridiculous how much they are--I don't make that good of money yet! LOL! I joked with Anna, my resident photographer (who did the pictures of my rings on the flowers) that I'll just give her assignments and she can do my pics! Don't you just love that pearl one on the red rose?! I can't decide if that's my favorite or the opal! I hope Anna posts the best of the pics she took--I had a hard time! She had one where the pearl almost looked like it was glowing! That was the fun part--the pics and coming up with names! The PayPal buttons--not so fun!

I listened to my body and just sat here messing with my website today! LOL! Tomorrow is HTF practice with a mirror--going for doing it without my cheat sheet! Not sure when I'm skyping but I need to be ready!

Sharon, I did SATI today too. I just didnt feel like BWO+ and I only had 15-20 minutes and remembered that I hadnt done SATI in awhile. I think I will try to do Tempo Arms on saturday. I also can admit that ice cream has changed my mood many a time.

AYJ!!!--You IGNORE Trisch?????? Uh Oh---I'm standing WAY back when Trisch figures that that is "exactly" what you said!! That older sister thing comes out!! LOL

Thanks, both of you, for the alfalfa idea. Double what I am taking, Ayj....ummm.....so that would be 0 x 2??? Okay--some days I manage to take 3...in the morning. But yeah---I should. This cycle is already over a week long and a trip to the restroom in the middle of the night let me know there is no way we are ended yet. Could explain some of what I was feeling yesterday....wrung out, beyond stressed.

And thanks, Ayj for telling me to get through the next day or so. We'll talk about the veggies! I'm in---you are a treasure!

Knees--I HAVE to do AL 2 or 3 x a week so that my right knee doesn't go screwy on me. I only did it once this week and it didn't want to move this morning.

My 20 yo is taking her CNA state licensing test this morning!! She will find out today too. So she will either show up at the wedding beyond excited or totally depressed!! LOL

    You all are GREAT!

Wow, Jennifer, this is a big day for you and your family... a wedding and an important test all in one day. Sorry you're having to deal with TOM right now amidst all the other stress. You'll get through it, though.

I keep thinking with all the talk about alfalfa I should start taking it again (I have two bottles in the cupboard). I used to take up to 9 a day and somehow ended up taking none. I take so many supplements, though, and one more right now seems daunting, especially multiple capsules. My holistic doctor told me to bring all my supplements next time I go in and she'd muscle test me to see if there are any I no longer need. I would love to pare down the number (and the expense). She just started me on one supplement that she thought might be good for me but its EXPENSIVE. I haven't noticed any difference since taking it, so I'll take what I have on hand and be done with it.

I'm in a "tired of getting nowhere" mood again. Hmmm... could be related to not getting to bed early enough... tiredness really affects my outlook. But I would love to find the answers to why I'm stuck and can't seem to make any real progress.

Having done a longer workout yesterday, today I opted to do SATI. And a plank.

Morning all! I did HHMM today. I LOVE that one! Not much room for cheating with it. LOL! I don't really cheat on purpose but sometimes you just don't realize you're losing form. This one really helps with that.

    Have a great weekend!

HK is subtropical, snow can only be found in the freezer!
LOL! Ok, well, uphill both ways in the hurricane? Do you have 300 ways to say "rain"? Like Gaelic in Ireland does? Because it rains nearly every day there. Not subtropical, but it rarely ever snows. I have heard that it much easier for a Cantonese speaker to learn Mandarin than it is for a Mandarin speaker to learn Cantonese. What I find wild is that they use the same written words, but sometimes the SOUNDS of those words are very different. Me? I only know a few phrases, but I'm getting to where I can hear the difference in tones and certain vowel sounds. And of course, I watch mostly Cantonese movies rather than Mandarin. LOL! I read not too long ago that there are 30 or so language families in continental China. No WONDER the govt has Mandarin as the official language. It's like Latin. The one tongue everyone can speak to understand each other. I think most people in the West would be surprised just by the variety and the sheer number of people in China! It's probably the only place in the world where you can literally hire 10,000 extras.

Trisch don't be too impressed. I was able to do that about 10 years ago as a newly graduated Basic Trainee, and before children! LOL! Just wait 'til that SGT starts making them do push-ups as a group like that. Did that too. Boy you better be able to hold your weight. You don't want to get off count during that exercise! UGH! You should have a Master Level too and the photo is the one of Donnie's perfect KLT side kick. LOL!!! Maybe that will come later....after the adrenals are healed.....

Sharon I've been there! LOL! I find that SATI and Ladybug move are most effective for me during that time. Way to go!

Peggy just think of those soldiers when you do your planks. I hope you stay encouraged, even if the results aren't so visible.

It's an OFF day for me. The girls woke me up with their swimsuits already on. Guess they're excited to go to the splash park! Hubby was already gone when I woke up. Wow. This makes the third pres he has gotten to play for. The perks of being an Army bandsman...I'm sure traffic will be crazy and the place will be packed. So, maybe that means we'll have the splash park all to ourselves! (Unless other people have the same idea....)

And Ayj that my new "perfect jewel" focus! Doing more than 2 things at the same time.

    OK.
I fell OFF the wagon last week. I didn't even walk along side.
    I just flat got off.

    But September is MY month.
I ordered More 2 this morning.
I ordered some of the new NeriumAD this morning.
I ordered a new face brush this morning. (I keep forgetting to pack mine when I go out of town each weekend, I have a spare body brush in my suitcase but I forget to pack my face brush... no longer going to be a problem.
I dug up my extra bottles of alfalfa.

    I'm off this weekend.
First time I've had 2 days off in a row since... Memorial Day. And last time til Thanksgiving.
    So I'm taking it.

But Tuesday begins a new era for me.
    You heard it here first.
    (grin)

    1. WATER (And ZERO soda! I've been Baaaaaaad)
    2. Double my alfalfa.
    3. DE every night. (I've been baaaaaaad, and my hips are talking to me.)
    4. AL every day.
    5. HD every day.
    6. Trading off MORE2 and MM with a minimum of 3 workouts each week. Since they are considered full workouts.
    7. Nerium twice daily every day.

I'll take pictures and measurements Monday.
I'll take pictures and measurements again Monday, October 1.

And you won't recognize me. (LOL) (I'll wear a nametag at certs!)
    Wish me luck.
