    Morning ladies!

I'm happy today because after my TTT double-dips challenge and my week of arms, I have lost 1" of stomach fat since 1st August! I don't usually measure mid-month, but was going dress shopping yesterday for friend's wedding and decided to have a quick measure before I went out. So from now on: all TTTs to be done with double dips and atleast one arm exercise every time I work out.

I will be going away for the wedding on Friday afternoon, so before then: 3 x BWO+ (with added arms!) and lots of walking.

Donna - thanks for starting the new thread. Hugs to you - do let us know how you're doing when you've got a moment.

Ribs up and have a great week, everyone!

    That's awesome! Great job!

I did my scheduled workouts last week - but I'll have to work on Broom. Teresa walks fast on there! Right now I'm going at about half her pace! I love the More warm-up though. It's tough but I can really feel it working.

For the next few weeks I'm going to focus on More and Hit the Floor Softer. My goal is to work up to doing More followed by HTFS three days a week. Possibly one of the short More workouts on off days with 1 day completely off.

Today I did More and the sitting portion of HTFS as well as the first OIP and part of straddles. I think with using Critter Crunch and learning the tweaks and what I should be using/tightening, I've noticed a huge difference in just the few moves that I'm doing on HTFS!

Yesterday was my day off from exercise. I still haven't done my new HH workout. I thought about it today, but I wasn't up for anything new (and longer) this morning, so I did "old faithful" BWO+ and a plank. Sometime this week I'll do the new one.

Well this is my first time getting off track. I took three days when normally I only take one as I've been working my way through some emotional stress. So I'm starting back today as I'll need the support t-tapp provides. My baby starts kindergarten on Wednesday.

Question: I've had someone ask me to join them for walks in the mornings. At first I thought to tell them no thanks since I t-tapp and like checking off my workouts after 15 to 30 min and moving on to something else But then I thought it could be nice as we have plans to walk in a scenic location and well the fellowship would be nice. So is there a way to approach adding walking without overtraining? I have no adrenal or fatigue issues to speak of.

Should I limit the time or number of days a week? I will be pushing a 22 lb toddler in a stroller which adds to the intensity. Also I saw my MIL's MORE video where Teresa said to walk on little toes not big toes and keep ribs up, anything else to keep in mind.

Thanks for your thoughts. I thought about starting a new thread, but thought you all read this thread first anyway

There is no reason to stop, so just keep going.

Erika...walking is wonderful and very anti-depressive as well as worker your lymph...so unless you are REALLY walking at a fast pace I personally would not be concerned
