    Default Calling All Combos

I started a thread already and I was unable to change it to include all combos and then I made a poll and messed up - again - so decided to scrap the last one and start all over.

    I am a combo LT....

I do not have saddle bags but have always battled "the pouch"...even before kids. 9 kids later - including two twin pregnancies - have not helped matters at all. I did T-tapp years ago then give it up for "normal" exercises: running, weights, etc....nothing took the pouch away and I started thinking that lifting heavier and heavier weights was actually doing me a disservice even though it did help me maintain a healthy weight. T-tapp was still in the back of my mind and I decided to try it again.

I never measured before but did - finally - 10 days ago and I have given the pouch an eviction notice! Will see if it listens...

This thread is for combo support...we all need it

I'm a combo with LT tendencies, I think. I would happily evict my poochy tummy, too. I keep thinking one of these days all these workouts will pay off.

I am a combo leaning towards long torso (despite my 4'10" stature!). I definitely have to lose weight as well as inches to lose sizes. I have to lose less weight with T-tapp than without, but I do have to lose some. And the last time I lost a lot of weight, after I lost the bulk of it, I slowed down on weight loss but really lost a lot of inches. Unfortunately I gained a bunch back and am having to work on it all over again. It's a never ending battle, but I'm glad I have T-tapp in my arsenal!

I am a combo with LT tendencies. I have been tapping for 8 weeks now. I didn't realize combos had slower losses before reading this thread. I have lost just over 40 inches and now see the losses slowing down a bit. I am not sure where I am from a size standpoint my 12s are getting baggy though. Im just learning to be patient and trust that needed internal healing is happening even when I don't see measurable results. But hearing other's losses encourages me too.

There is no reason to stop, so just keep going.
Started Tapping 6/7/12 lost 44.275 inches thus far.
God is leading me to greater health every single day.

I am a combo with short torso if I measured correctly. I need to lose weight and inches all over.

I am a combo/LT tendencies. I have the tummy pouch, saddlebags, large arms/calves. I gain and lose all over, so it takes many inches/pounds to show progress. I lose really slow in my arms/calves. T-tapp has helped everything to start to even out for me. I tend to need to exercise more often to see results and feel better.

This is a great thread! I am hoping to find the encouragement I need.

Angie, apart from the saddle bags (my inner thigh is fattest!), we sound exactly alike! It took me just over a year to lose anything from my arms and nearly a near to lose anything from my calves (I've still only lost 1/2" from each).

I think we combos should be happy. Under ideal conditions We have the "hourglass" figures most people covet. Yes, we lose slowly but if a few pounds creep up on us they don't show up in a glaringly obvious way, so that's good!

A day late but I'm a combo and think this thread is a great idea!

I've got the tummy pouch too along with larger inner thighs than what I would like. SATI has finally made a dent in that measurement though and it does give me hope!

Opps, I just read combo with LT. I don't have LT. Does that matter? Do you kick me out of the club?!
