You are learning the basic skills to apply to ALL T-Tapp DVD you already own, it will not make anyone of your DVD out of date, it just make every single one more powerful. If you can only buy one DVD, get this one. It makes your BWO+, your More, your SATI, your Tempo more powerful.

Say on arch and scoop out on PBS, you will learn that you are supposed to lean your weight on above your knees (which you squeeze with lobster hands) before you do your curl up and scoop out, and really stretch your spine both way and use your LATS. This will increase your lats activation and trap tension release. So, from this point on, you add this awareness and correction to all your spinal roll up and dive, including oil well.

Ribs up, it is more advance than shoulder back, if you keep ribs up lats tight (but not using your trap to push down to the lats), you are in fat burning without breaking out the DVD. Teresa has talked about ribs up many many times on the forum and on her interviews, even do it at Total Superslow. I think most of the people were not getting it, so DVD show you what to and what not to do.

Michelle and Lauren say Teresa reads every single posts on the forum (eventually), she knows what people do not understand. She answers our questions with her tweaks on a DVD.

"Ribs Up and Lats Set without the Trap", is the 8 words description of this DVD.

Ohmyhead, get this DVD. You have adrenal fatigue.

I was on vacation for a week, only had ONE (1) PBS in the shower in during the trip. I tried to practice what I preach and keep ribs up lats tight whenever I can remember during the trip, I lost back and belly fat from this good faith attempt.

I have a bout of adrenal funk too, and am still not out of the woods, but I am losing the inches I gained in Feb-March. I went back to Size 10 in March, but now, down back to Size 6. More workouts? NO. Paying attention to T-Tapp basic techniques, YES! Wouldn't dare not to, as Michelle was checking.

Ohmyhead, come back and post questions if there is anything that is confusing when you are doing the moves.

AYJ, stellar job at explaining the focus of this DVD. It makes a lot of sense why this DVD is one that will benefit all users no matter their level of proficiency and help them to better understand the finer points of muscle activation with each movement.

Can I do this one barefoot? If I do barefoot regularly?

There are no balance moves on this dvd, so I guess "technically" you could do it barefoot, but as a LOVER of the Barefoot Basic dvd, I find I work better / harder when I wear my Skechers... I would NEVER have believed that was true, but now I'm a true believer...

Ayj - watered down BWO, but as an experienced Tapper, Wowza, I'm STILL feeling it in my butt, hips, abs, ribs, lats, (I could go on... lol) I am seriously considering a 4-day boot of the instructionals (since they are over 30 minutes) and then doing the workout EOD (since it's just under 30... don't want to push my adrenals - I'm healthy now and I wanna keep it that way...) I remember doing Senior Fit at the retreat and thinking there was NO WAY Mabel and Edna could do this workout. Then Teresa explained it was because we are more experienced and are activating more than a beginner. And then the same thing when we did this workout at Certs. I couldn't believe how quickly I started to sweat. Even my HAIR was sweating! But with all the kicking out and water breaks, you never get the opportunity to feel tired. Love it. (Do we ever get a new dvd and not feel like it is the BEST ONE EVER...?)

This is in the mail for me, as well!!! Plus MORE 1 (I had the original one) and MORE 2, I'm so excited I could pee myself, LOL!! But of course I won't because of all the pelvic floor strengthening from T-Tapp, hehe...

Ladies, I'll share what supplement I've been taking for peri symptoms, and it's apparently amazing for hot flashes and such, as well. It's Nature Made DIM Plus, and it's FANTASTIC!!! I've lost 4 lbs. in 2 weeks (but I've also been super consistent with BWO SATI, too, it's probably a combo of both), which is a lot for me, I'm a size 6. I had a lot of bloating and some sugar cravings, and this, along with T-Tapp, has been a Godsend. Give it a try, it's not a hormone at all, but a supplement of cruciferous vegetables. And if you have issues with cabbage and cauliflower, take some Beano before the supplement, it works like a charm!

Can't wait to get my DVDs!!!!!
