Red face Menopause Management DVD - RUN, do not walk to order this DVD

    Teresa, once again FABULOUS!

Don't be fooled everyone, this DVD is for EVERYONE! If you want to take your muscle activation techinques/awareness to the next level.......GRAP this DVD.

Just finished the instructionals for the 1st time and was DRIPPING sweat onto the floor before Plie sequence was over.......and yes, Plie sequences is still the 2nd move. THAT is how quickly muscle activation brings on the sweat.

Love it Teresa, Thank YOU!!!! once again.

Trust me everyone, you want this DVD!

Yes, Madame. This is what I will be doing after dinner (dinner is cooking right now). We were doing this a few times during the Retreat in Jan... This is the best, the best muscle activation and the best lymphatic pumping.

I lost 10 inches with 2.5 workout like this in Jan (after a stomach flu).

Anyone with Adrenal fatigue, female hormone and insulin issue, this is the one. By the way, anyone with trap and shoulder/rotator cuff issue, this one DVD, you don't need modification.

    Mary Ellen,

Don't wait, just order this. Order the set with the PBS seminar too, it is way worth it. It is like the best of T-Tapp retreat talks all summarized in this one. It is like the better and newer "Yes, You Can". So, it should be call "Yes, You Will".

FYI, for the 60 days challenge in April to June, I only lost 10.5 inches.

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

I got mine yesterday and made it through about the first 10 minutes before I needed a break. I thought "Wow. I'm glad I'm getting this now so I have a few years to get *in shape* for menopause." This workout is definitely for everyone and it kicked my booty.

Mine shipped yesterday. And since I'm only 3 hours away, it "should" be in my box today!!!! (Hope I didn't just jinx myself...)

HEY! The mailman drove by just as my ds and I got back from our horseback ride. I should have checked... I could be watching it now! Darn. LOL (Too bad I'm at the office now...)

Default Easiest way to convert to digital?

Will purchase this; how could I not? But back when we got the dashboard I thought the plan was to make workouts downloadable. The only reason I've kept my dvd player is for T-Tapp, but if it breaks I won't replace it. Would very much prefer to have my workouts on devices that are always with me.

At one point I vowed not to purchase another Dvd WO, pay for unwanted shipping, then spend time and money to switch formats. So again ( have asked this before) is there an easy, inexpensive way to convert dvd to mp4 videos? I've almost just talked myself out of ordering this.
