Thread: Would MORE be a good fit?

Default Would MORE be a good fit?

    Hi again folks!

So, I have posted other threads, but here's my story: average/less to lose- size 8-10, combo/long leg. Only have 15-20 minutes to work out a day.

I am doing BWO+ at least EOD if not more, and doing OIP PBS and TTT everyday. I am thinking about purchasing MORE. My husband and I are planning to have a baby soon, and I am looking for good WOs to do during the entire pregnancy.

    Thanks!

MORE would be a great choice! It's a bit slower with fewer reps, but if you already understand the T-Tapp principles of muscle activation, you will get "more" out of MORE! (pun intended! )

MORE has made up nearly half of my workouts over the past 5 1/2 years, when I was a more-to-lose, average-to-lose, and less-to-lose! The shorter workouts (Chair, Broom, Step Away) make those really short-not-much-time days doable to get some movement in, or after you have a baby to be able to do a little bit without overtaxing yourself.

    I love MORE!

MORE is wonderful...I do it 2 to 3 times a week. I think it is perfect for what you are looking for. It is 20 min. WO BUT it also comes with shorter workouts....go for it!

    YES to MORE!

I *just* had a baby and was able to do MORE during the third trimester and I believe it helped me maintain a healthy level of activity so I was ready for birth! Plus, post-partum MORE has been indispensable to me as my joints re-tighten and I rehab my whole body for high level activity. I'm 10 weeks post partum - already fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes, have lost all but 8 pounds of pregnancy weight (thought I honestly didn't put much on in the first place) and have lost 5 inches (mostly in my belly, which is of course so tough post-partum!)

So. Yes, yes, yes to MORE I cannot recommend it enough for someone looking for a pregnancy workout and post partum.

Another yes to MORE during pregnancy. I used it mostly during my pregnancy and it was great! Kept me fit and I lost inches quickly afterwards, went to T-Tapp certifications 4 1/2 months after I gave birth and my stomach was almost flat again! Don't forget to brush and take Teresa's alfalfa, very helpful too

Thank you so, so much for your responses! I ordered MORE. I am excited about it. Sigh, I am vain, and I think the MORE can help me feel better about myself during this time period. I really appreciate you!
