Default Put Your Best Foot Forward

Did you know that the foundation of fitness starts in your feet?

Teresa tells us that all the time and I love having a DVD I can point people to that will help them strengthen that foundation. As well as find releaf from pain.

The Finger and Foot Fitness DVD is a great DVD to help you build strength and flexability in your hands and feet. I love the fingure exercises and do them often at my desk to releave the stress of typing at a keyboard all day. The feet exercises are great to do after a long day on your feet to help stretch out inflamation and get releaf from soreness.

T-Tapp Trainer Trisch just did a great blog post all about the Finger and Foot Fitness DVD that includes her personal experience with the DVD. Check it out HERE.

I promise this is one DVD you won't be upset to own.

Oh wow! Thanks for that, Tiffany! I LOVE Finger and Foot Fitness and wholeheartedly agree--it's a wonderful addition to my T-Tapp "repertoire"!

would this dvd be any good for my mother who has swollen ankles and feet , they are not sore it is fluid , she also has artheritus in her hands. Also is it in any way suitable for children ? My 4 year old nephew has fallen arches and they wish to put him into orthetics which I questioned the use of without even trying to strenghten his feet . Any feed back would be so appreciated.

T-Tapp is pumps the lymph system so well that edema is something that is helped. I do not (yet) own this workout though it's on my 'wish list.' It would be very good for reducing swelling and helping with arthritis as T-Tapps helps alleviate inflammation as well.

I second that Vanetta, T-Tapp has gotten the fluid off of my legs and hands I have a friend with the early stages of carpel tunnel syndrome, I'm getting this workout for her to try!

It is very good for Carpal tunnel. In the meantime, "Hitchhikers"--an arm move in the "Arm Sequence" portion of TWO is good for carpal tunnel issues.. :-)

Sagitta, I think the dvd would be suitable for children as well as your mother. Of course we can't say if it would solve all their issues, but it certainly won't hurt anything!

As I stated in my blog post Tiffany linked to, I had broken one foot and got plantar fasciitis in the other while babying the broken one. Then after it healed, *that* one also got pf trying to baby the other pf foot! What a mess! It was getting a bit better by the time I found T-Tapp, but I credit T-Tapp with helping continue to rehab my feet. I never have issues now, and even my broken one no longer aches during weather changes! Wish I had had Finger and Foot Fitness from the beginning, but even getting it later on it definitely helped!

I have the Finger & Foot Fitness DVD. I get swollen fingers quite frequently and using the finger exercises even under the conference table at work helps them feel better and reduces the swelling. I've only been T-Tapping for the last 5 months but this is one of my favorites to do on the go.
