I'm excited to add Double Dips. I always loved them! (And I'm going to do AL every evening while watching TV... I had a hard time zipping my riding chaps today. That has GOTTA STOP! lol)
    I like your breathing logic!

Forence, Double Dips are just TTT but instead of bending over once then twistin again, you go down then up, down then up and then twist away. HTH!

Collette, good "analogy"! Glad to have you join in on the fun!

    Day 1 is done!

Do you have BWO? It's a variation on the TTT but instead of going down on one side then coming up you go down and up 2 times before coming back around to the front.

I know someone else will have a much better way to describe it but it seems like if you are familiar with TTT DD can be done as well.

Looks like Abbie and I are thinking alike and posting at the same time.

I found this awesome post by Michelle!! This is what you do foor Double Dips---->

In T-Tapp Twist what you would do is pulse for 2, twist, tuck (press the lower back flat) and lower your hands;keep pressing your hands together;, re-tuck (tummy tight!) and roll back up ;keep your shoulders torqued to the side wall, hips are to the front wall, then re-tuck and lower your hands again and roll back up. Return to the pulses.

Double Dips really force you maintain the torqued side twist position after that first roll-up before lowering down again. I have seen that it is common to for people to lose this torqued position because they start to turn back to the front as they roll up.

So next set of TTT you do, if it is not with Ladybugs, add the double dips in (use the pause button to do this on your own) watch those hip pads disappear!

TTT - helps to cinch in the waist line and trim torso, strengthen the muscles around the spine and helps maintain proper alignment, strengthens pelvic area and knees, gets rid of back fat/bra pudge.
