    Abbie - It makes sense to exhale as you twist away. I am squeezing all the air out. Then my lungs refill automatically as I rotate over to the other side. Then as I fold over, again all the air gets squeezed out. Automatic refill as you come up... I think of my body as one of those big billows you use to keep the fire going. Squeeze the air out and then let it refill...

    I'm excited to add Double Dips. I always loved them! (And I'm going to do AL every evening while watching TV... I had a hard time zipping my riding chaps today. That has GOTTA STOP! lol)

    I had to practice the moves while I breathed the correct way (even hang a little cheat sheet by the DVD player. It said Inhale-- Ups and Aways. Exhale--Downs and Twists.

    When I got to doing the actual, real moves with Teresa I got over the idea that I had to do 8 reps! Form over quantity!
