I see that there is already a post about this, which is why I wanted to ask this question here in the OT section!! I admit, I have not yet waded through all 5,000+ posts in that thread (although I am chipping away at it!)
I did DYT online course (way too far away from Utah to do an in person, though I would love that!) and I am DEFINITELY a Type 1, right down to the fact that I see myself in every one of the types. I really LIKE the program a lot - it has made replacing my clothes as a lose weight a lot more fun!
My question is whether anyone with more experience and better (in person) training with this system knows how you decide what your secondary is? I would have said I was a 1/3, but then I saw references on the DYT board to "those 1/4s who think they are 3s" and wondered if that was me...
