Thread: Caution for All My T-Tapping Friends!

Cool Caution for All My T-Tapping Friends!

    Hey everybody...
Just wanted to pass along a word of caution. Form is important. In my fourth week of doing the BWO+, I came up from the floor in primary back stretch much to quickly, and; as a result, aggravated a back muscle. Just want to caution everyone to come up s l o w l y... one vertebra at a time. After a few days rest and some heating pads, I'm back to my BWO+ and enjoying it. Don't run the risk of having to miss your workout... good form = good results.
    T-Tapp On!

So true! Slow and steady are much better--too easy to hurt ourselves by going too fast or letting momentum carry a move!

Glad you're back in the game!

    Cool

Thanks to each of you for your words of encouragement!
Funny thing about missing the workouts. I felt as though I was going backwards! When I'm tapping, I feel I'm progressing toward something good! I'll be back after my next measuring session to give you the latest progress. I'm still telling everyone I know about T-Tapp! Though it may be a well-kept secret from many... I'm doing all I can to get the word out!
    Let's Tapp!

I absolutely agree, Thomas! As a back pain sufferer I know how important it is to protect your back!! This is one of the main reasons I decided to give T-Tapp a try. I really like the rehabilitative aspect of the workout and while I've not seen your awesome results, I am seeing results! I too am telling everyone about T-Tapp and have converted 2 so far!

    Keep up the good work!

Hoping this doesn't stay "kept secret" any more. It was for me, but I wish I'd known about it a decade or more ago, just b/c of where I'd be, today, had I known. Thankfully, it's never, ever too late!
