I'm so amazed! I have lost 4 inches in as many weeks! I didn't really start to work out until 4 weeks post partum, and then I was just doing MORE Chair and really eased into things. I'm now doing SATI and MORE rotating EOD. I've lost 4 inches! And not just in my belly, but all over!
I'm thrilled - as it took me over a year to lose my inches with my first child (one month after finding T-Tapp, no coincidence!) I'm already in my pre-pregnancy jeans! They are snug, but hey, they fit!
