    Congratulations on baby girl! Do you have pictures?

    Oh, lost #1???? Sorry to hear that.

    I think what you can is do BWO+ from Total as Trisch say, and then do 4 reps in Teresa's 8, that means you are doing it a lot slower than Teresa in good form. You good training before will kick back in... You don't have to do the whole thing. If PBS was enough, call it quits. Do what you can, the muscle memory will come back, your stimina will rebuild, and you will lose like nothing else (as you are still nursing).

    You know what, the priority will be enough sleep. If you are too tired, take a nap, that is more important than the workout. Just aim for once every 3 days will be good enough by my standard.
