Ok, so after a year (or more) many of you may not even remember me! Here's my story
I found T-Tapp in 2010 and was having great success - clothes were fitting better, inches were coming off, etc. Then, I got pregnant. The pregnancy ended as an ectopic pregnancy, and I was very devastated for a while. Just could not get the emotional fortitude to exercise. Then, recovered from that and started trying to get pregnant. I T-Tapped inconsistently during that time. Finally got pregnant in 2011 after 10 months. Had to stop exercising at 8 weeks due to bleeding. Then, I ended up with high blood pressure and was on modified rest for most of my pregnancy. Finally, in May, baby girl was born a healthy 8 lb, 9 oz via c-section.
So here I sit, 20 lbs heavier than I was pre-baby (and that wasn't a good healthy weight to begin with) and a LOT of inches bigger (a full dress size), but I am not discouraged, because i know T-Tapp worked for me in the past, and i know it will work again! I fainlly ahve the go ahead to start exercisign again. I am very weak from all of the rest and recovery, so I plan to start slow. . .
My goal is to do a five-day boot camp with Instructional 1 this week. We will see if I can get that far. I am also tracking calories and nursing my two-month-old, so I am hoping all of that combined will help this momma get back to being healthy!
I love the accountability here. i have three kids now and a successful freelance writing business, so it is challenging to find the time to work out. Even the 15 minutes turns into 40 by the time I change, exercise, and of course shower, but I am determined.
