    I have been meaning to ask if any of you T-Tapp ladies have been to this website:

    They are seriously trying to document anything and everything that affects cellulite, and hopefully reduces or eradicates it. A few months ago I was checking it out and the people who had tried brushing didn't seem to think they were getting much results. If you have had luck with Teresa's products or brushing methodology, I'm sure this forum would be very interested to hear your results!!!

    How interesting! Yeah I'm going to go write a "review" myself...they probably didn't see any changes 'cause 1. they didn't wait long enough and 2. they weren't using T's skinbrushing techniques. We all know better though!

    Teresa says the cellulites are fat pockets trapped with toxins. The thinning of the skin structure also make it easy for the fat pocket to be popped up...

    Therefore, it is not just skin brushing, it is the entire CRT skin brushing system.

    1. Skin Brush (brushing increase circulation and brings nutrients to the skin and help eliminate toxins and brushing also exercise the skin to be tighten and thicker)
    2. Teresa's lypmphatic brushing sequence, obviously will help the toxin and fat leave the body
    3. Fibertox (detox and elimination), drink a lot of water and it will help the elimination, so less new toxins to be stored from our food,
    4. Alfalfa build collagen, build thicker skin, so, even there is a little fat, it is not popping up as pockets of fat.
    5. Exercise and moves that pump the lymph and move the fat and toxins (there is a reason Teresa includes AL, DD, Jog Rock and Advanced HD) as the companion bonus for the brushing sequence

    Please point her to T-Tapp and get a CRT set, not just for the brush, but also for the Superskin CD from Teresa and the Cellulite CD. It goes into body type and blood type. Chemical toxins from food, environment and our personal care products, along with sluggish elimination system. Dehydration is also a reason (therefore, the coffee association, as coffee dehydrates). Don't drink carbonated drinks...

    Long Torso and O blood Type has the most cellulites. Who is the longest torso with O blood type? Yes, you guess it, Teresa.

    Ayj67, really interesting info. I haven't gotten into the CRT system yet, but I plan to do so. Right now I make bone broth weekly since that's good for joints and skin. I also take collagen peptide with aminos daily ( which I call "drinking my toenail juice" )!

    Teresa said you cannot drink collagen, your body has to make it. You need alfalfa. If you are Type O or Type B blood, you need Vitamin C and Zinc too.

    I drink bone broth and I eat tendon and stuff (yes, did I gross you out, but I am Chinese and am fond of Vietnamese noodle soup and we eat chicken feet as delicacies) on a regular basis. Still, those will not give you the effect of consistent Alfalfa.

    No, you can't gross me out. I know how good for you the "nasty bits" of food can be! I eat chicken cartilage now and then and beef heart and liver etc. I would like to read Teresa's research on collagen. I have never heard that you can't process it by eating it. The peptide version is supposed to be very very small particles that your body can utilize. I know my skin has gotten softer since I started using it and I am hoping it is helping my joints also.

    I will probably give the alfalfa a try. I am more than happy to self experiment with anything that isn't harmful.

    Which peptide? I tried some Dr. Perricone's peptide things, maybe 3 summers ago with my birthday money. I didn't see the miracle claim happening. Maybe my skin was not that bad in shape. I see improvement on my face after 1 months of Alfalfa 2 summers ago.

    I have not tried cold plasma whatever, but I think his stuff is too expensive for me. Face skin brushing, alfalfa, essential oil that is good for the skin (Teresa's Skin Saver, Carrot Seed and SeabuckHorn oil mixed together) were giving me skin better than 8 years ago.

    I am interested in trying this out... Would you mind sharing your review? Also, how long are you supposed to wait before you start to see results?
