I completed a TWO boot camp from June 30 to July 13. I was able to complete the TWO for the first 9 days, but had to drop down to BWO+ for the last 5 days due to getting my period, needing to travel, and getting sick while traveling! (I hit the trifecta of things that tend to throw me off track, but I am proud of myself for still managing BWO+ to complete my BC!)
I took 2 days off to rest and measured this morning (I am still sick so I will be doing BWO+ every day until I am well enough to go EOD with the TWO).
Here are my results (I am a combo leaning toward short torso):
Upper Bust from 46 to 42.5 (-3.5 inches)
Bust from 49.5 to 47.5 (-2 inches)
Ribs from 43 to 40 (-3 inches)
Waist from 46.5 to 41.75 (-4.75 inches)
Abdomen from 56 to 51.75 (-4.25 inches)
Hips from 53 to 51 (-2 inches)
Left calf from 20 to 18 (-2 inches)
Left lower thigh from 24 to 22.75 (-1.25 inches)
Left upper thigh no change at 31
Right calf from 20 to 18.5 (-1.5 inches)
Right lower thigh from 24 to 22.50 (-1.5 inches)
Right upper thigh no change at 31
Right arm no change at 17
Left arm from 18 to 17.5 (-0.5 inches)
I lost a total of 26.25 inches!!
Now to stay consistent and take it one day at a time - no more falling off the wagon for me!
