Here is the weekly reporting thread for Habit Former workouts. Post only your workouts on this thread. If you need anything else, please email me or start a new thread.
Please check in and let us know what track you are pursuing, what workouts you did, and when. Please post workouts in one post (all at once or editing each time) - just be sure to post on the correct week's thread and make your post no later than 11:59 PM EST the Wednesday after the reporting week ends.
You don't need to post when you miss a workout. Life happens to us all - dust off and keep moving forward! Workouts beyond the three you committed to don't need to be posted, but you certainly may for additional accountability and showing of progress.
