Yes, I had to change my flight, too, but Southwest made it easy and there were no fees or penalties - just the difference in the price. And I am working on my first critique...ai yi yi....!

I decided to watch the "More Super Slow" DVD to learn all of the many, many tips Teresa gives throughout. Wow! VERY helpful! I'm gonna do this work out a couple of times to get some fine tuning I need to incorporate in my own delivery. Have any of you got a favorite WO that is helping you in your training?

I am really enjoying Total Super Slow. Probably for the same kinds of ideas!

I have been working on a "bullet points" sheet for my T-Tapp teaching move by move (so I won't miss cuing any of the important stuff). I think by that my bullets are up to about 200 and I'm only up the thread the needle. Either I need a new working definition of bullet points, or my brain may explode trying to remember everything! Anyone have any tips on this?

    LOL Kate!

My HTF is more like scrawled on an 8X11 piece of paper! I thought I had it down and then during my video this morning had to use the cheat sheet! Argh! (That and I had an interruption that I hope my dd can edit out!)

So no, I don't have anything better to offer other than commiseration!

I'll take commiseration. Thanks, Trisch. Everyone in my house has NO idea why *I'm* working so hard, why *anyone* works this hard, why it even takes that much work to teach this "simple little workout". Ha! I'm wearing the T-Tapp shirt I bought a while back today to boost my spirits and make me feel like a trainer. And my improved form on T-Tapp twist from my workout this morning, based on my video review, is making my core feel LOTS of muscle awareness!

I'm like you, too. I wrote down bullet points, but then my list grew and grew. I do feel like ONE muscle is getting a MAJOR workout====MY BRAIN!!!! Argh.. talk about mind to muscle. If I could just get my tongue to say, coherently, everything my brain has in it regarding cuing, I'd be so happy.
