Default Zucchinni coming in now and looks like a bumper crop(seeds from the U.S.)

A friend sent me some seeds from the U.S. and this year it is taking off and I am getting a bumper crop.

Hit me with your favorite ways to eat Zucchini. There are kinds that I have never seen out there!
Some are yellow and round, others green and round, and others light green. I even have some that are green and striped, like watermelon! I need to know yummy ways of using them.

What are your favorite ways to eat it?

    thanks so much
    Joni

I make long slices and use in place of lasagna noodles. YUM.

I shred it and put them in sandwich bags and thence into a freezer bag to take out and use for bread, stews, soups, etc., as a stretcher of the meat ingredients.

I also love to bread it in a simple dredge of flour, then whipped egg, then into seasoned bread crumbs and make fried zucchini. I'm getting hungry!

    Have fun!

We like making muffins and zucchinni bread.....Mmmmm!

Also, we peel them and with the "ribbbons", steam them and use the ribbons instead of noodles for spaghetti. Not the same but wonderful anyways!
