OK, Ladies, hang tight...I promise I'm gonna learn everyone and keep up soon enough. You gals move fast! Abbie, I am about to start the Broom workouts, so I'm glad to hear your report.

Trisch, how exciting that you're certifying for HTF. You'll do great. Let us know how it goes.

    Keep smiling,

Upupandaway, how's the extra brushing on the hip pads working for you? I'm sure if I would adjust my diet my hip pads would get better. But since I don't really want to do that right now, maybe brushing will help!

Cbuffy, let us know about the SATI bootcamp. Kayla Howard got some amazing results doing SATI/SITTM. I am working on SATI form these days. It looks easy -- but it's really tough! I get as much of a mental workout as anything. Lol!

    Keep smiling,

    Melissa,

Don't worry, it took me 8 weeks to really know who was whom, and we had probably only 10-12 frequent posters on this thread back in Sept 2010. Lisa, Trisch, Peggy, Dollie, Cbuffy, Nancy, Jennifer (Just 7) were regular then, along with Margie, Melanie, Wendy (Purple Poodle), Angie, Rhonda (homefires) that they have their busyness now.

I think we have around 20 regular on this thread these few months, it is harder for the new comers. It is way easier if you lurked on this thread before starting (less pressure, right? Taryl and Penny?), but then, why wait, just jump in.

I am going to start Stepping for at least 10 - 15 mins without a lot of arms movements. I need to pump my lymph.

No change as yet! I'll let you know. My attention to my eating varies too... I'm focussed currently, but only because I was quite unfocussed for most of June.

Hello ladies, hope you are all doing great! I'm happy to report that after today I'll be off from work for 11 heavenly days. I'm really looking forward to it. Not doing anything grand except rest and regroup. I'm still waiting for my new workout and brushing goodies, can't wait to get into Tempo. Do you ladies have any special plans for the 4th? We do the usual cookout and fireworks. I'll be around a little more while off from work and hoping to get to know you all a little better. Have a great Tuesday!

Yay for things working, Sharon!! You are doing great!!!
PEGGY!!--Good job on getting that workout done!
That is wonderful, WAHM!! So glad your calf is doing better!
    You can do it, Taryl!!
Sounds like you did a lot, Peggy! You did it all with T-Tapp principles, right?? Will be praying for your df's son.
Trisch--I'll be praying about the video!! Unless you all have to take refuge in the basement, You Can Do It!!!!
    Yay MissChriss!!! Enjoy your "vacation"!

Did Instructional 1 yesterday and plan on doing our little mini floor routine. My sister is getting married the end of August and so there is LOTS of talk about details. I have to get "bossy" so we can get our workout done FIRST!!! (being 13 years older I can get away with it!) Today she wants to work on invitations!! But *I* want to work on a master "house" plan and then have a family meeting and get the "adults" in the house contributing more! ha ha

Last week I stayed real consistent and did somewhat better on water intake. This week I feel really bloated BUT my tummy muscles feel so tight! It's a "weird" feeling. I'm hoping it means a MAJOR fat shift! I couldn't wear a pair of capris that I've been wearing because the waist was so tight. But I feel so tight and "slim" in so many other ways. My arms, though, seem bigger and so I think I need to cut out some things so I can feel good for the wedding we are attending on Saturday.

Happy July 4th everyone, if I don't get back on here. DH is taking the rest of the week off after today so I may not be able to squeeze in any visits!

Jennifer, I know exactly what you're going through with the tight muscles and the bloated feeling. I have experienced the same things the past few days. It really threw me. (I think I overdosed on carbs and dairy.) Thankfully the last day and a half I have seen the bloating subside or rather make way for the muscles to shine!

No WO yesterday; today will be either CC or Broom walking. We will be celebrating my youngest dd birthday today. I love how she gets older without making me feel older!

    Happy Tuesday to everyone!
    Sharon

Hi everyone! I've been crazy busy lately so I haven't had time to catch up yet. Just wanted to check in and say "Hi". Yesterday was my 29th anniversary so I didn't even get on the forums. I'm not sure if there's ever been a weekday I didn't at least get on here. LOL! We have a family picnic tomorrow. It will be nice to see my sisters! Hope everyone has a great week!

Happy Anniversary, Lisa! We just celebrated our 31st last month. Something about getting beyond 25 makes each anniversary so special to me--you've just shared such a huge chunk of life and done so many things together (raising a family, making a home) that it is just incredible! My two cents anyway! Congrats!
