Rose - Wow on the oils! At least you got a break from the pain and had an awesome trip. You wise woman...staying where it was friendly. It's really for the best for everyone. Frankly, I think they were jealous of the trailer. Talk about a way to camp! I'm so there. :-) Praying for you, your family and all of the stuff that can/may happen!!!! OHHHH MYYYY!!!! I'm sure your head is whirling. What exactly is Pan Away??? I'd love some for myself, maybe it'll get me out of the kitchen. lol But hey, Austin???? We can meet up sometime!

Sounds like you did the right thing, Rose! And enjoyed yourself!
Austin, eh? Wow! Well, if we ever do our southwest trip, we can maybe see you on the way! (And Wendy, too!)
We totaled 122 milkshakes! Girls chickens and goat milk baskets did well. We use Big R buckets for the "milk baskets" and Big R bought 3 of the 4 girls' milk baskets! LOL! They wanted a pic of them with the buckets so they could send it to corporate! So sweet!
I'm ready for burning some of the fluff off tomorrow at a clinic in Sturgis!
Rose, I'm interested in the Young Living oils, too. Have a df near me that uses them so maybe I'll go pick her brain!
Well, this was quick--dh is home so we're eating (late)!

Wendy, I now have my husband on board on renting trailers!! Woo hoo!!!
It's wonderful and what a great business. Well...I don't think they are envious of the trailer. Some insinuated I was weak to get it and could tell some think I make more of my 'pain'. Whatever. What do they know??? But, the 'talk' was weird. The trailer was set up with a hose to the gray water (dishes and hand washing) going off into the bushes. They set this trailer up and we have no clue about anything! Anyhow...I inquired about it to my dad and some others and he thought it was odd but we figured these people knew what they were doing. Plus, they set trailers up at this campground all the time. Well, the next day my dh is walking over (from where my siblings are camped) to the trailer with my cousin's dh, Dell (mr. busybody). He said a few people came to him and complained about the smell coming from our trailer and the way it was draining. He nominated himself to check into it. No smell. Nada. And where the hose was was barely damp. It does sound like some kind of crud that group could bring up. He refused to give me any names and I do think the conflict existed. For crying out loud...there was an outhouse across the way from us and they get so very bad there...they cleaned it the night before we heard of the 'issue'. Shocking cooincidence....anyway...I was insulated from it.
One of my sisters (the one that had the dui mess...incidentally she got cleared of it), mary, has 5 kids. I had called her the week prior to see if I could pay her kids per pound to pick blueberries for us. Honestly, I was thinking $1 a pound...even with that price it'd save me 50% over what I pay. I called and left a message with a daughter and she never got back to me. With 2 teenagers and a 11 year old I'd have been all over that...especially how they are hurting for money. But, I think that instead it insulted them? I don't know.
But...just so pleased at the time I had with my cousins at the back end of the camp ground. Even my brother was warmer this year. I found out from his wife that they've had a rough go of it. Wayne was so difficult to live with (honestly...I knew that...) that she nearly left him before he was deployed one time and the deployment saved them. Turns out his thyroid and testosterone levels were incredibly low. I haven't talked amiably with him in years and it was wonderful. He is like me when it comes to digestion and wheat so i wasn't surprised with what I know. It was wonderful to talk with Mindy and hear that they are doing well now and working on things and that he has things under control now. I'm so pleased for them and he's fortunate he married her because he could really be an a$$!!!
Anyhow...so glad we kept the trip. Especially with the liklihood that we'll be becoming cowboys.
Trisch, love the milkshake count!! LOL!!
And Wendy, if we make it to Texas we HAVE to meet up!
I just hope it's almond time before we move!!! hahahaha!!!

I have heard some amazing stuff about those oils!!
I'm soooo glad you had such a great trip in spite of some of the "drama"...yay for insulation, Rose!!!
So we did go blueberry picking that day. It was a great time even though I had to drive back home to get some buckets as ds did NOT put any in like he had told me he would. These were for bringing the blueberries home. Then we stopped at We Li-Kit Farm for some high butterfat ice cream and clam cakes. Hey---it was RIGHT across the road!!!! LOL
Some time later, after we had been home for a while, 15 yo dd asked what these black things were on her legs. She had already scratched off several on her thighs. I spent the next several hours dousing teeny weeny baby deer ticks from the kids with melaleuca oil and then "flicking" them off. They were so tiny I couldn't tell where they were attached. If I doused them good with the oil and waited just a bit, then I could take the pointy tweezers I have and kind of "flick" in a few different directions and they would come right out.
My 2 hardest workers...the 15 yo and 14 yo had gotten right in under the high bushes and kneeled and sat in the grass to get the best blueberries. They were covered the most. 22 month old grandson woke up from his nap after the tick pulling session and we found several on him as well. I think the freakiest thing was finding several clustered together. Looked like they were having a feeding group-in! 15 yo dd found 4 more on her the next day!
Another freaky thing was how I had checked the 10 yo over a couple of times, oldest dd checked her over as well and found none. DH and I had a date night that night and when we came back we found out that "all of a sudden" they had found some on her!
We got 21 lbs and I REALLY wanted to go back as they had half of the bushes still with green berries. NO ONE will go with me now!!!!!!

Jennifer!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! How bizarre!!! FYI - I'm not going out there with you either! I have to draw the line somewhere. lol
I spoke with Nikki earlier and she's happy like usual. Hopefully the house thing will be settled at the end of the month. She'll need to sell her house that she has now. And...my mom is NOT happy about this. My other sister just moved out of the area and now Nikki. Actually, I'm concerned for her myself, my comfort is that both of my sisters were right up the street. Not that I want my mom to live with me...YIKES! So prayers for my mom and Nikki's house selling would be appreciated.

I'll be praying, Wendy. Is Nikki moving very far away from your mom? If it's in the same town or nearby, she could still stop by periodically or get over there, right? Of course if it's more than an hour away then that would be much harder to keep an eye on her!
I feel like I have NO time this morning!!! Today is "my" day to do mine and dh's laundry...must get it in. My sister had BETTER be here and ready to start Instructional #2 by 8:30!! Then shower and 18 yo dd and I have to leave for dentist. She is driving us so I have to leave us plenty of time!!!
